
Michael Cornelissen
Managing Director
Michael Cornelissen has a wealth of experience in the building industry and has always lead from the front. Michael is a qualified carpenter and enforces accuracy of work and quality of finishes in his projects. In his time in the construction industry Michael has designed and built a large variety of projects from land developments to massive mansions. He has also been involved in maintenance work in the mining sector. He has worked in many capacities in the building industry and is very proud of all that he has achieved. Michael is a very honest and approachable person.

General Manager
Michael has had significant experience in the management of major projects. Michael has overseen highly successful contracts such as the Gorgon Contract, Fording Coal Processing Facility and the Headquarters for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police K Division.
Very experienced in terms of construction methods and practices, he is also sound on project management systems and commercial management. Michael is also well connected in the WA building industry.


Dale-Lyn Russell
Operations Manager
With a background in project management, construction and business management, Dale-Lyn uses a pragmatic, firm and fair approach to dealing with the projects. A passion for her team and her clients, ensures a smooth delivery with attention to detail. Dale-Lyn’s varied and extensive experience allows the company to have a focused drive for their operations and construction work in both the metro and regional areas.

Paul McGuiness

Paul is a registered builder with more than 25 years experience in the construction industry. Originally from England Paul has been a force in the WA building sector for the last twenty years.
Paul’s attention to detail and high quality standards ensures client satisfaction in the delivery of high end projects.


Marina Cornelissen
Site Manager
Marina Cornelissen is a Site Manager with 21 years’ experience. Marina has worked in all areas of the building industry from tying steel, pouring concrete, standing frames and assembling roof trusses to developing a 30 lot subdivision and managing multi unit developments.
She has worked on site in Australia for the last 5 years performing a variety of tasks from safety administration to managing an 18 unit development in Halls Creek.

Brian Collins

Brian is a registered builder with significant construction experience in Western Australia.
A Tiler by trade, Brian brings the tradesman's knowledge of details and common sense to the table. Brian is a consummate professional who takes a great deal of pride in delivering a high quality product.


Leanne Laboda
Safety Advisor
Leanne is an experienced safety professional who has gained her experience working in mine site environments. She holds a diploma in Occupational Health and safety and has her certificate IV in Training and Assessment.


Susan Bardsley
Administrative Assistant
Sue joined Dry Hills Construction in July 2014 and has over twenty years experience in administration and customer service mainly within the insurance industry. Sue commenced her career in the UK before relocating to Perth, Australia in 2001. Sue has been employed in large insurance organisations and brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her customer service background. Sue is an Associate member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
