Our Story
Dry Hills Construction Pty Ltd commenced operations in October 2011 in the North West of Australia. The Company initially started from an office located in Broome, Western Australia.
Early projects included erection of steel framing, stairs, cladding, roofing, kitchen and bathroom installation and finish carpentry for eighteen houses in Halls Creek. At the same time we started our maintenance department by completing defects on 20 BER school projects for Rapley Wilkinson.
In 2012 we commenced steel framing work on eleven houses in Derby and in addition roof structures and steel framing for forty four units in Port Hedland. During the early part of 2013 we were engaged to work on the Pilbara Drug and Alcohol Centre at Port Hedland. This involved constructing the structural walls and posts for this building. Between June 2013 and June 2014 we were the appointed contractors attending to the maintenance work at Jimblebar’s Warrawandu Camp, where substantial works have been carried out. In June 2014 the Company expanded their profile to include general contracting and commercial projects. With this new expansion initiative, Dry Hills established a new Head Office based in Stirling, Perth.
We currently have several projects in progress, including the construction of an eight unit apartment in Nollamara, and a luxury three unit apartment in Mindarie.
With our extensive background and experience within the construction industry, we are looking to further expand into the commercial, residential and mining maintenance sectors. Our focus is to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients when building with Dry Hills.
We have developed sound client relationships and these clients return to us for further projects whether this is refurbishment, maintenance or new construction.
Dry Hills aims to provide a quality service which is second to none.
